One of my favorite web folks, Bokardo, has been talking about microcopy lately and even started a flickr goup for it. He has a post about Writing Microcopy which is a great place to start on the topic. In addition he has posted some interesting test results at A/Btests, some of which relate to microcopy. Microcopy highlights an interesting intersection of interaction design and content strategy. Small tweaks to copy can make a BIG difference. So who owns it?
